Delivered by a collaborative team of leading Australian practices—Pace Development Group, ARM Architecture and Studio Ongarato—The Darley comprises more than 300 high-end residences, forming a cohesive architectural and interior outcome that elevates the site while respecting its legacy. Overlooking the Flemington Racecourse, the development establishes a new architectural presence within Melbourne’s racing precinct, underpinned by a carefully curated palette of architectural finishes and fixtures, including KASTA electrical accessories.

TMK Consulting Engineers, a proudly South Australian firm, has continued to grow steadily, with the company recently celebrating its 40th year in business. This prompted a major renovation to the office space, transforming the area into a collaborative workspace. The redesigned space now features 117 workstations, new meeting rooms, and an additional purpose-built boardroom complete with integrated lighting control and AV systems to support the current growth of the company.
