With award-winning restaurants, convenient on-site amenities and stylish suites, Avani is a premium hospitality provider characterised by their clever mix of design and comfort.

Challenge:

In line with their 5-year energy management strategy, Avani had several key objectives. Most importantly, to keep up to date with current environmentally conscious technologies

and to revitalise their installations to further enhance their market-leading guest experiences.

The key challenges for this project were replacing their high energy consuming halogen and fluorescent luminaires with cost-effective alternatives and LED technology, as well as

 connecting and automating their lighting and appliances within the existing build and infrastructure limitations.

Solution:

After gaining a thorough understanding of their needs by working closely with their site management teams, we successfully addressed their

operational expenses, timeframes and maintenance objectives by replacing their halogen bulbs with superior LED lighting products from Haneco Lighting’s extensive range.

Moreover, we connected their appliances room by room by leveraging the versatility of KASTA’s room control and automation solutions to suit the patterns in which guests use

 their room environment, by creating moods and scenes, both enhancing their experience and leading to a level of power consumption that is best in its class.

Result:

The Avani team noticed an immediate increase in energy efficiency and were also very pleased with the elegant way in which KASTA technology delivered exactly the type

of guest experience they were after.

Now, guest habits have changed for the better both when staying and when leaving, housekeeping can go through their rooms faster, and the overall energy costs have vastly

decreased thanks to the greater combined efficiency of Haneco’s LED products and KASTA Technologies.
