Burns Builders have embraced smart home lighting control with the completion of their second display home fitted out with KASTA smart lighting solutions. Introduced to KASTA by their electrical contractor partner MAXI CABLING, Burns Builders are now offering KASTA smart lighting packages with all their new builds.
Solution:
The impressive display home features KASTA control throughout the home to control lighting with dimming to most of the lights, smart powerpoints for lamps, as well as ceiling fans and garage door control, from either the stylish black smart switches or via the simple to use KASTA app.
Several smart switches have been included to provide one touch manual control of scenes & groups. For example, Welcome & Goodbye modes in the Garage & Entryway as well as set scenes in the Dining room. This has been a great feature being a display home as the sales staff only have to press one button to activate the house on opening & one button to turn off the house. The lights have also been set to an automatic schedule via the app to keep certain areas of the house lit for security purposes.
