The three luxury residences blend high quality finishes, appliances and fittings throughout, and the developer was introduced to smart lighting solutions to suit the project by local Electrical contractor QLD Electrical. The project proposal was to provide stylish KASTA smart switches instead of traditional rocker switches to enhance the look and user experience for the new owners plus matching KASTA EDGY power points & plates for a complete matching solution.

KASTA Solution:
Each apartment is fully fitted out with stylish smart dimmer and relay switches for complete smart control of all lighting throughout, plus smart remote switches which included simple scene control for welcome, goodbye, dining, entertain and night modes in all the bedrooms with the touch of one button. These are perfect when entering the apartment from the lift due to only having to select one button to enter the apartment that lights up the lift lobby, hallway, kitchen, living and dining at once, instead of selecting several switches to get to the kitchen, especially if you have your hands full.
Each switch is easy to identify with stylish pictograms and LED backlights. The user also has control of all the lights via the KASTA app plus the ability to create custom scenes, groups, timers and schedules with ease.
With the KASTA Cloud Connect Gateway included, owners also have remote control from offsite and voice integration control with Google or Alexa smart speakers.
The completion of the project provided the developer a real point of difference in the market by offering simple smart lighting solutions within each residence to enhance the lifestyles for the new owners.
