Matter Compatibility List

Matter Compatibility List

Devices certified by Matter support simultaneous control across multiple platforms: Apple Home, Samsung SmartThings, Amazon Alexa, and Google Home. Each platform offers a range of hubs that typically integrate a Matter Controller and a Thread Border Router to bridge the Thread network to other IP networks, enabling cross‑platform control. If you want to control your Matter‑certified devices from another platform, simply add that platform's hub. That hub only needs to support the Matter Controller role, because Thread has already been introduced to your home by the first platform's hub.
