Construction is underway of Pradella’s latest development Enclave West End, a boutique collection of new apartments, which follows the runaway success of Pradella’s most recent West End project, the landmark “Montague Markets” residential, shopping and dining precinct.

Stylish Edgy Series of Unison 240v switches and powerpoints are also included across both towers, with 2 colour options suited to whichever colour scheme the purchaser chooses. Purchasers will also be given the option to upgrade to a full luxury package for the ultimate control of all the lighting & fans throughout the apartment, plus motorised blind/ curtain control & remote offsite access & voice control compatibility with Google & Alexa smart speakers.
Enclave is Pradella’s 16th project in West End and the new Enclave Sales Display is located at 321 Montague Road, West End and is open Wednesday to Saturday from 10am to 4pm and Sunday from 10am to 2pm or by private appointment. The display suite features KASTA smart lighting control solutions.
